Hospitality Industry Training

The AHA (Vic) through a strategic partnership with William Angliss Institute of TAFE (WAI) offers members a full suite of compliance training programs including:

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) - a nationally recognised Liquor Industry Victoria initiative. $60 per person, 3.5 hour duration.



• Licensees First Step (LFS) - 'Liquor Licensing in Victoria - Licensees' First Step has been developed to assist licensees in complying with the licensing regulations and to meet an overall community need to minimise alcohol related harm. This course has been designed specifically for people who are currently applying for a liquor license or those who have recently been granted a liquor license. $95 per person, 3.5 hour duration.



• Responsible Serving of Gaming (RSG) – a nationally accredited program developed to meet the needs of the Victorian Gaming Industry. $70 per person, 4.5 hour duration.



• Responsible Serving of Gaming (Advanced) - The Advanced RSG course has been developed for Managers and Supervisors working in the Victorian Gaming Industry. $110 per person, 8 hours duration.



• Responsible Service of Food - Developed to ensure venue and staff compliance with the Food Act (1984) amended. $65 per person, 3.5 hour duration.



• Food Safety Supervisors Course - To ensure venue compliance with the Food Act (1984) in regard to having an approved, operational Food Safety program. $130 per person, 8 hours duration.

• Industry Licensing Program – An initiative of the AHA (VIC) and Clubs Victoria for licensee protection against Duty of Care/Alcohol Server Liability claims. $38.50 per person, completion via correspondence, valid for five years. Please make your enquiries to the AHA on (03) 9654 7100.
